Dare to express your truth. Dare to say the things which are important to you. Dare to express your anger and let it flow through you. I lay in bed for far too long, and far too many times, felt the inspiration to speak, write, to change, but the day after chose to not follow it up. For far too long, I blocked my creative power. My own power to care and be there for myself. Stop neglecting your body, and start listening to the wisdom that it holds. Let it speak through you. Start taking yourself seriously.
I carve runes to heal my own scars. I carve them to unblock my creative power and to show myself that I can make a stand and express my own voice.

A shift has happened in me. A change in how I look at myself and what I dare to publicly announce. My conversation with my stomach has shown the next step in my evolution. I am bringing a message of hope. Which is that all of us are coming from the soil. There is only One Humanity, One Soil Family. You are not separate from the world. Only thinking makes it so. It is time to step into the new hand-sewn leather shoes. Life blossoms from the ashes of destruction and there is always hope. No matter how hopeless it feels. I know how this feels. I have lived it. I lived with the thought that I am separated from everything else. The way out begins with one truth. We all come from the same place. Mother Earth.

You drift without a strong and stable foundation. I know the feeling of wandering in the desert, feeling ungrounded. Not having something sturdy to stand on. I built my foundation on Sand and watched it drift away. Stop doing this. Build your life on a strong foundation of self correction. This is the rock that will guide you toward the version your stomach has always inspired you to become.
