My name is Elmod Drage Nofer. I am an Earth Person and a Hobbit at heart.

I have one message. Dare to care for yourself.

For a long time I did not do this, and I ended up with a body that did not trust me. I ended up with a self-image that was keeping me in the hole of brokenness. A story of brokenness that put me as “the fixer” and my inner child as the “broken part”. Creating a dependent relationship with myself. Never getting anywhere, but always fixing the next thing.

My message is to stop doing this. Stop thinking of yourself as broken, and start thinking of yourself as whole. Because you are already whole and perfect. When you let go of the broken story, you put yourself in your house of inner power.

I dare you to become curious about how it looks and feels to truly care for yourself.

I am Elmod. I have chosen to stop being part of the problem, and become the solution. To become co-sustainable, regenerative and sufficient.

This is the work: Sow your own clothes. Grow your own food. Set healthy boundaries for and with yourself. Build your own house on Rock. Integrate and become the sustainable solutions yourself.
